Why workout alone when you can meet others, have fun, build muscle and burn calories. This workout is designed to help you burn the maximum amount of calories while building lean muscle and improving cardiovascular. The great thing about this training is that you actually continue to burn more calories up to 24 hours after you leave bootcamp. Workout less, burn more calories… it’s a no brainer.
