Stephen Waite has been involved in fitness, athletics and training for most of his life. He studied at the School of Exercise Training and Science. He is certified through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers, the NCCA, and has multiple certifications in nutrition, sports nutrition, personal training, senior fitness, weight loss management and strength and conditioning, and is a constant student of health, fitness, and sports nutrition.
Stephen was raised and brought up in the athletic world from his childhood until the present. You can say it’s in his blood. He competed in many sports including swimming, gymnastics, hockey, soccer, baseball, football, basketball and volleyball. He has played and been involved in competitive and travel teams and still is a competitive power-lifter today. He enjoys being a consistent student in the areas of fitness, kinesiology, and nutrition. Stephen has coached athletes in various sports helping to improve their strength, conditioning and coordination. He has helped more than 100 people lose weight and get into shape and has also been a healthy lifestyle coach for many others.
